Here is a glimpse of some of my most valued work in the LSCM BBA program.
This is my first annotated bibliography written by myself. This document contains my research about the role of procurement and how important they are to supply chain management. It describes how they add value to the company and how they enable the company to reach its goals by managing its suppliers.
This was a group presentation where we discussed labor shortages in the transportation sector and how they impact the U.S. economy. The U.S. economy is extremely reliant on transportation due to the need for materials and resources that are delivered from all over the globe. This situation is not new but is more apparent due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We mentioned the Theories of Constraint methodology to show how the limitations or restrictions could be determined and addressed in efforts to eliminate the problem.
This is a group presentation on social responsibilities in supply chains. Social responsibility is important because companies should operate in a manner that produces no additional harm to society or the environment. Many companies focus only on profits and are not considering the impact they have on society. This presentation helps bring awareness to the situation and explains why this is a problem.
This is my presentation in which I had to develop a business plan to submit to potential lenders. In this plan, you were to describe what your business has to offer and why these banks or investment firms should invest in your company. It also contains some of the items you will need to start up and the risks associated with the start-up. I also applied relevant ratios that were taught during the course. This presentation is a step-by-step roadmap of how you intend on setting up the business and how you plan to finance the start-up.

This was a group project in which we designed a warehouse that distributes candy. We also had to research concepts about the design, structure, and equipment to build the most efficient warehouse for our product. As you can see, our model has important features such as storage, equipment, safety markings, and essential structures. Warehousing is an important aspect of supply chain management that is not only applicable to financial decisions, but also to delivery which impacts customer satisfaction.
