My Goals

​

• By May 12, 2022, complete course work and obtain a Bachelor’s degree to enhance my skills as a buyer which is measured by management’s feedback and the accomplishment of planned performance goals.

 

• To increase profits, I need to conduct market research to determine reasonable prices. By locating reasonable buys, I can negotiate with my suppliers and increase the company’s profits by 3%.

 

• Milestone: Perform market research in 3 months.

 

• Deadline: Next employee review in 9 months.

 

• Develop my suppliers by providing weekly open order reports, learning about their operations, staying informed, and providing feedback. By proving updated open order reports, learning their processes, and keeping in contact with my vendors, I will enable them to increase their performance and I will be able to provide better updates to our customers via customer service.

 

• Deadline: Next supplier performance review in 3 months.

 

• To manage inventory costs, I must review current inventory and future demand daily. By reviewing data within SAP and consulting with other departments, I will reduce costs by 3%.

 

• Deadline: Next employee review in 9 months.

 

• To grow in my career, I need to enhance my SAP skills and learn how to navigate through each screen quickly. By reviewing power points and online tutorials, I will improve my SAP skills so that it requires 30% of my work time.

 

• Milestone: Review instructional Power Points and online tutorials in 3 months.

 

• Deadline: Next employee review in 9 months.
